The work involved focus group discussions with postgraduate research students who had accepted places with our client university and others who had taken up places elsewhere.

*     Investigation of potential market opportunities for a provider of mobile satellite communication services.  the project involved interviews with participants in a range of industries and technology application areas where mobile satellite communications could provide a more efficient service or improved data quality

*     Market research and development of a Business Plan for a research group which had developed a range innovative horticultural products.  ASG undertook market enquiries and analysis throughout the supply chain for the products, including discussions with breeders, growers, marketers, retailers and consumer groups to determine the products' market potential.  A comprehensive Business Plan was developed to establish an operating business to license and market the products.
